We want to keep you informed as we continue working through the current situation at Ardmore High School.
The AHS front office will remain closed until further notice. If you need assistance, please contact the Administration office. Air quality testing is ongoing in multiple areas of the building and will continue through tomorrow.
Today, demolition work began, including the removal of carpentry, walls, and sheetrock. At the same time, disinfection efforts are underway for materials such as desks and chairs. The southeast quadrant of the building is currently closed off while this work continues.
While students are learning virtually, meals will still be available in the AHS Cafeteria. Breakfast will be served from 7:30–8:30 AM and lunch from 11:30 AM–12:30 PM. Meals must be eaten on site, and transportation is not provided.
We are incredibly proud of our hardworking staff and operations team, who are putting in long hours to ensure this process moves forward safely and efficiently. We are also grateful for the companies partnering with us to help make this turnaround as quick as possible.
We look forward to welcoming our students back on campus as soon as it is safe to do so. We will provide another update by Friday at 5:00 PM with plans for next week and next steps.

✨Jefferson Stu-Co is making a big impact✨
Despite an unexpected snow break, Jefferson students showed up in a big way—collecting an incredible 490 pounds of food for the Food and Resource Center of Oklahoma to support local families.
Last month, Stu-Co members also spent time volunteering at the food bank, helping clean, stock shelves, and sort donations.
We’re so proud of these students for their heart to serve and commitment to their community!!

All but 5 juniors were present to take the ACT—what an amazing accomplishment! This would not have been possible without our incredible high school staff, transportation team, child nutrition staff, and everyone behind the scenes who helped plan, organize, and support this effort. It truly took a team to make today run so smoothly!

Hey Tigers! Just a quick reminder!
Ardmore High School will be virtual all week.
All other sites, including Take Two, will continue with in-person learning, and normal buses will run routes.
Buses will also run as usual for AHS Southern Tech students, including morning, noon, and after-school routes. Breakfast and lunch will be provided for all Southern Tech students each day.
On Tuesday, buses will run on a normal schedule for AHS juniors taking the ACT and will return students once testing is complete. Breakfast and lunch will be provided that day for all Juniors.
The Ardmore High School and Administration offices will be open and available if you have any questions.
